The Fastest Way To Ensure You Get Your Replacement Item/Goods Is To Return The Item You Have In A Timely Manner. Once The Return Is Accepted, You May Make A Separate Purchase For The New Item Using Our Store Credit, Generated Code Or Issued Gift Card. If In Store Purchase, You Will Receive A Store Voucher. If Item Is Not Accepted For Full Refund Or Exchange, Partial Amount May Still Be Credited And Applied For Next Purchase. Partial Refunds Are Evaluated On A Case-By-Case Basis.

Refunds

We Will Notify You Once We’ve Received And Inspected Your Return, And Let You Know If The Refund Was Approved Or Not. If Approved, You’ll Automatically Be Refunded To Your Original Payment Method Minus The Restocking Fee. Please Remember It Can Take Some Time For Financial Institution To Process And Post The Refund.
